SHE RECOVERS® have a wealth of information and resources for women who are in recovery this is there statement:
ABOUT SHE RECOVERS

CONNECT • SUPPORT • EMPOWER
SHE RECOVERS® is an international movement of women in or seeking healing from substance use disorders, other behavioural health issues, and a myriad of life experiences. Collaborating with other individuals and organizations, we create welcoming spaces – online and in person – to connect, support and empower women so they can heal and thrive, achieve their potential and then help other women to do the same. As the largest women’s recovery network in North America, we welcome you to join our community. We are strong and courageous women – and we do recover.
Connection is our soul purpose – it is the foundation of all we are built on at SHE RECOVERS.
With the impact of the Covid 19 SHE RECOVERS® have organised a programme of daily online meetings via ZOOM, where individuals can listen and/or share on their recovery and find support through this online community. Here is a message from SHE RECOVERS®:
'We know how hard this time can be, especially when we may feel alone, triggered, and somewhat powerless to the current conditions of our world. We honor that these times impact us all in many different ways and on many different levels. The threat of these times is real, as is the potential for growth and new beginnings for our world as a whole. Which is why it is so important that we stay connected.’

FEMINIST KILLJOYS PhD PODCAST

"Feminist Killjoys, PhD is a podcast created by two professional killjoys, Dr. Melody Hoffmann and Dr. Raechel Anne Jolie. Melody and Raechel did their doctoral work together at the University of Minnesota in the Department of Communication Studies (focus on Critical Media Studies). Both minored in Feminist & Critical Sexuality Studies. Both are feminists, punks, Aquarians, vegans, yogis, and activists. Needless to say, they became fast friends.Nearly two years after completing their PhD work, Melody and Raechel decided to create a space where they could connect about pop culture, politics, and feminism (all the stuff they used to talk about in the office!). As dedicated, new-media-focused pedagogues and community- engaged scholars, they thought the podcast would be a perfect platform to host these convos."
